Wow, has it really been a month since I’ve blogged? Well, the answer is yes, and that sucks. Whoever told me I’d be bored living on Nantucket in the winter obviously never had a job – seriously, I just completed my second year here and I don’t think I’ve ever been this busy (at least it’s paying off – I got promoted last week!). I never thought I’d say this, but after being on a computer all day, sometimes the last thing I want to do is go and stare at a screen when I get home, no matter how much I love my new Macbook and website.

I’m still always thinking about content, so I decided that I wanted to try doing a little vlogging, since I tend to want to write like I talk anyway, I figure – why not go right to the source? I took a trip off island a few weeks ago and decided that I earned the right to purchase a few things – after all, it has been a long winter and I hadn’t been to “America” since Christmas. I visited Sephora at the Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis, and couldn’t resist in investing in a few new pieces of makeup for spring. Check out my picks below, and please, be kind – this is my first time ever doing this so it’s super unpolished and I don’t quite know where to look when doing this sort of thing. Also if someone wants to tell me how to get a more attractive cover image for this video (somehow I thought just smiling at the beginning would be enough), I’d be utterly indebted to you.
